Manage Your Support Requests and Track Their Status
You need to be logged in to your Help Center personal account to access this feature.
Access Your Requests
Click your user name at the top right of the screen, and select Requests in the list.
Search and Filter Your Requests
To have a filtered view of all your requests, you can :
- Enter a search term in the search bar.
- Filter requests by status - Open / Awaiting your reply / Closed.
To open a request and see the details, click the subject of the request.
